How far in advance should I book? +
We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance. For peak dates like graduation weekends and holidays, book as early as possible — those fill up fast!
Is delivery included in the price? +
Delivery and pickup are separate charges and are based on location. Just call or text us with your address and we'll let you know!
Do you require a deposit? +
Yes — a 50% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 10 days before delivery. This ensures your items are reserved and ready for your event.
How long is the rental period? +
All rentals are priced per day. Need it for a full weekend? Contact us for multi-day pricing — we're always happy to work something out!
What if something gets damaged? +
We understand accidents happen. Contact us right away and we'll work with you on a solution. We handle every situation with fairness and understanding.
Can I pick up the games myself? +
At this time we offer delivery and pickup only to ensure all equipment arrives safely and in perfect condition. We've got it handled — sit back and relax!
What is your cancellation policy? +
Deposits are refundable up to 10 days before the event. If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to find a new date that works for you.
