How far in advance should we book?
As soon as your event date and layout are set. Equipment is reserved first-come, first-served, and popular dates during fair and festival season book up fastest.
Can you deliver to multiple stops along a walk route?
Yes — tell us your route and station locations when you request a quote and we'll work out delivery for registration tables, rest stops, and water stations along the way.
Do you set everything up, or do we need to do it ourselves?
We deliver, set up, and tear down your tables and chairs — no lifting required on your end. This is a delivery-only service, so pickup at our location isn't available.
Where do you deliver?
Throughout Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan, including Toledo, Perrysburg, Sylvania, Monroe, and the surrounding areas. Delivery fees apply and are quoted based on your location.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit reserves your date. The remaining balance is due in full 10 days before your event.
