How far in advance should we book?
As soon as your date is set. Graduation weekends are our busiest time of year, and equipment is reserved first-come, first-served — popular dates book up fastest.
Do you set everything up, or do we need to do it ourselves?
We deliver, set up, and tear down your tables, chairs, and linens — no lifting required on your end. This is a delivery-only service, so pickup at our location isn't available.
Do you work directly with schools for field days and carnivals?
Yes — we work directly with schools on field days, carnivals, and other school-wide events. Reach out with your event date and what you need.
Where do you deliver?
Throughout Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan, including Toledo, Perrysburg, Sylvania, Monroe, and the surrounding areas. Delivery fees apply and are quoted based on your location.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit reserves your date. The remaining balance is due in full 10 days before your event.
