How far in advance should we book?
As soon as your event date and headcount are set. Equipment is reserved first-come, first-served, and popular dates during gala and fundraiser season book up fastest.
Do you offer any special consideration for non-profits?
Let us know about your organization and event when you request a quote — we work with churches, schools, and local organizations throughout Northwest Ohio and will put together pricing that fits your event.
Do you set everything up, or do we need to do it ourselves?
We deliver, set up, and tear down your tables, chairs, and linens — no lifting required on your end. This is a delivery-only service, so pickup at our location isn't available.
Where do you deliver?
Throughout Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan, including Toledo, Perrysburg, Sylvania, Monroe, and the surrounding areas. Delivery fees apply and are quoted based on your location.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit reserves your date. The remaining balance is due in full 10 days before your event.
